
Mr. Heacock has over 4 years of experience in survey administration, development, supervision and research analysis. Mr. Heacock also brings a depth of background and perspective with over 29 years of work experience in state and local government, including the role of city manager. While working at ETC Institute Mr. Heacock has worked on community and business survey projects, and has led and assisted in the coordination and facilitation of focus groups.
His current role as Senior Project Manager includes survey design, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, interpretation of results, and presentation of findings. Mr. Heacock also has experience working with park master plans, comprehensive planning projects, and neighborhood needs assessments. In addition, he has experience facilitating organizational strategic planning and leadership development efforts.
