ETC Institute’s growth during the past five years is largely the result of our ability to help our clients achieve their goals and objectives. In order to help many of our clients achieve their strategic objectives, ETC Institute has developed and has continually refined an internal organizational survey that assesses customer satisfaction with internal organizational performance.
ETC Institute administers the survey annually to a random sample of more than 1,000 governmental employees across the United States. The results from the national survey are used as a benchmark for interpreting the results of individual organizations.
