Once a contract has been agreed upon by both parties, ETC Institute will then set up a start-up meeting to gauge exactly what it is you’re looking for. We will then go through a series of draft surveys before a final survey is agreed upon. A pilot test will then be conducted, and if everything appears alright, the full survey begins. Once data collection has finished, it is entered/reviewed in-house and a draft report is created. Once both parties have reviewed/revised the draft report, and agreed upon the necessary changes, a final report is delivered. We can then present the findings when appropriate to a board of approved individuals.
