ETC Institute uses a wide variety of data collection methods, depending on what is necessary. The main types of data collection include:

• Mailed paper surveys
• Phone surveys
• On-line surveys
• Tablet surveys

All of our surveys are then either mailed back to us, or entered in/reviewed in-house, so we can manage the data at all points during the collection process.
