Drawings Official Rules
I. Sponsor:
a. Drawings are sponsored by ETC Institute located at 725 W Frontier Lane, Olathe, KS 66061.
II. Eligibility:
a. Drawings are offered only to residents of the Community where ETC is conducting a survey.
b. Drawing entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time the survey responses were provided.
c. This Drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
III. How To Be Eligible:
a. To enter this Drawing, entrants must provide a completed response to the survey.
b. All entries must be received during the Drawing Period to be eligible. Late submissions will not be entered.
c. Limit of one (1) entry per valid survey response provided.
IV. Drawing Period:
a. The Drawing Period begins when the survey collection period begins, and ends when the survey project is completed.
b. Drawing entries submitted before or after the Drawing Period will not be eligible.
V. Prize Details:
a. The following prize will be awarded to winners of this Drawing:
– A VISA Gift Card with a Retail Value that may vary by project.
b. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted.
VI. Drawing and Odds:
a. One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
b. Drawing will take place within 30 days of the completion of the overall survey.
c. Drawing and awarding of the prize will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions on all matters relating to this Drawing are final.
d. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible/qualified entries received.
VII. Winner Notification:
a. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or text to the email or text information provided by the survey participant (entrant).
b. Potential winners must respond to Sponsor’s notification to confirm acceptance of the Prize within thirty (10) days of the date Sponsor sent the notification (“Acceptance Period”).
c. Sponsor reserves the right to draw an alternative winner from the remaining eligible Entries should the potential winner fail to respond to Sponsor’s notification in a timely manner.
VIII. Release:
a. By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Drawing; and (2) to release, discharge, and hold harmless sponsor, its respective parents, clients, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this Drawing, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Drawing or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Drawing.
IX. Limitation of Liability:
a. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due, or garbled entries or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Drawing, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Drawing, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or the incorrect uploading of any Drawing-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing.
b. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this Drawing in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of this Drawing.
